Our terms & conditions are non-negotiable. Please note that all orders placed from unique-gifts.wowshopper.com online or over the phone acknowledges the agreement & acceptance of all our policies listed on this page.

Shipping Costs
• Currently, all our unique gift orders are eligible for our free ground shipping and therefore there will not be any shipping charges.

Item availability:
• All our unique gift items are individually handmade-to-order and will take approximately 14 business working days to process (this excludes shipping and time in transit).
• Should there be any delay to this 14 days estimate (Eg. Over peak gift-giving season such as Christmas, Valentine's Day), you will be promptly informed of a more accurate time estimate.

Delivery
• Once your made-to-order items are completed, your order is promptly shipped and you may expect your package/shipment in approximately seven (7) business working days.
• Please allow sufficient time for processing & delivery of your order.
• If you need an item urgently, please do not hesitate to call or email us. We may be able to accommodate rush orders on some items (subject to additional charges).

Order Cancellations or Modifications
• Once an order has been submitted and processed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Please call us immediately (1800-288-0640) - no later than two (2) hours - after the order has been submitted to inform us you wish to cancel or modify your order.
• If your order has already been processed, we cannot accept your cancellation or order modification.
• If your order has not been processed, we may be able to cancel your order without any cancellation fee.
• If we're in the midst of processing your order, we may still be able to cancel your order but you will be subjected to a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order (including shipping and handling fee).

To ensure prompt delivery, once we've processed your order, we start production of handcrafting your order immediately. As such, service, labor and material fees are already incurred, therefore we are unable to halt production and accept your cancellations/changes. Please be advised that we do not make any exceptions.

Business working days are from Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays).
Business working hours are from 10am-6pm PST.

We reserve the right to update any of our company policies and prices at any time. Prices are subject to change in accordance to market value fluctuations of raw materials such as gold, silver, pewter, etc.
